DESCRIPTION:This webinar will provide medical services in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs) with an overview of the General Practice in Aged Care Incentive (GPACI) guidelines\, ahead of its launch on 1 August 2024 \nAs part of the GPACI program\, PHNs are required to develop a process to connect aged care residents with a practice and a GP in MyMedicare where this is required.
