DESCRIPTION:Kidney Health Australia has a bold aspiration to End Dialysis by 2050. Key to achieving this aspiration is the diagnosis and management of chronic kidney disease (CKD). \nIn response to the current public health crisis in CKD\, we are bringing together national stakeholders to inform a National Kidney Summit with the theme ‘CKD in Crisis.
