Focussed Psychological Strategies (FPS) are specific mental healthcare management strategies based on evidence-based psychological therapies. The Adelaide Institute for Sleep Health (AISH) at Flinders University has recently been recognised by the GP Mental Health Standards Collaboration (GPMHSC) as an accredited training provider for FPS related to insomnia disorder.
