Building on insights from the NHET-Sim Module C2: Being a Simulation Educator\, this course dives deeper into the factors that foster effective debriefing. But effective debriefing isn’t just about techniques\, it’s about aligning your approach with your core values as an educator. This module is more than a training session – it’s an opportunity to explore\, connect\, and grow alongside a community of passionate educators.\nDiscover new strategies to fine tune your approach and set goals for growth in transformative learning in every simulation session! \nImmersive Practice\nEffective debriefing is much more than a set of skills and techniques; it requires practice and feedback. This workshop provides participants with the opportunity to practice debriefing deteriorating patient scenarios\, receive feedback and reflect on their practice.\nThis is a Monash University developed and certificated NHET Sim course\, Health Education Collaborative (HEC) are endorsed Monash University NHET Sim Host providers.\nThe theory component is via Monash University online learning.
