Eligible primary healthcare nurses working in general practice in the Murray PHN region can now apply for the September intake of APNA’s Transition to Practice Program (TPP).

The TPP supports newly graduated primary healthcare nurses or those who have transitioned to general practice to gain more skills, knowledge and confidence to understand and work in general practice. The program runs for up to eight months and includes support from an experienced primary healthcare nurse (mentor), resources, educational activities, self-assessments and a community of practice.

Murray PHN is supporting a limited number of placements at no cost to successful applicants.
