DESCRIPTION:Join Gippsland PHN and Prestantia Health in this three-part workshop program to develop knowledge\, support and optimise your practices’ integration of multidisciplinary team care. \nThese education sessions are part of a structured program of three interactive online workshops designed to support general practices at varying stages of their multidisciplinary team (MDT) development journey.
