DESCRIPTION:The Lower Hume Primary Mental Health Service is a collaborative initiative funded by Murray PHN and led by Yea and District Memorial Hospital in partnership with Alexandra District Health\, Seymour Health\, Northern Health and Goulburn Valley Health. \nMental health clinicians based in Yea\, Alexandra\, Seymour and Kilmore provide free\, non-urgent mental health support for people experiencing a range of mental health related issues. \nThis event aims to celebrate and raise awareness of this service and demonstrate the collaboration between partners – all are welcome. \nIf you would like to attend\, send your RSVP to: intake@ydmh.org.au
