To make a complaint, first read our policy, which outlines how our Complaints and Investigation Officers will handle and record your complaint on our complaints register.
If you have a complaint about a PHN or the PHN Program, read the Department of Health’s Primary Health Networks Program Complaints Policy, which describes the process used by the Department to acknowledge, review and resolve complaints which are related to the PHN Program.

While Murray PHN is not directly involved in the provision of clinical services across our region, we recognise our responsibility to ensure safe and high-quality healthcare is being delivered through our commissioning and coordination activities.
Murray PHN commissioned service providers are required to act on and report notifiable clinical incidents.

Murray PHN’s commissioned service providers’ responsibilities and requirements for Notifiable Event monitoring, reporting and management are outlined in the following policies, which foster consistency across all Murray PHN programs, including where programs are delivered via a digital health platform. As a registered stakeholder, you can join Murray PHN in contributing to the innovations and solutions on how healthcare is shaped across the region. Registration is free, and open to organisations and individuals involved in primary healthcare in the Murray PHN region who would like to participate in local and regional efforts to address health needs and improve health outcomes. All applications are approved by Murray PHN’s Board.
Registered stakeholder benefits include:
- Opportunities to have your say on local health priorities and health system issues, and participate in initiatives to improve healthcare service delivery in your local area
- Involvement in communities of practice, educational and professional development activities (CPD)
- Opportunity to contribute to the Clinical and Community Advisory Council Committees

Murray PHN is a primary health commissioning organisation, funded predominantly by the Commonwealth Government.
As a general rule, Murray PHN does not sponsor events, activities or individuals.
While requests for sponsorship will not be supported, we encourage any organisation seeking primary health funding to register at https://www.eprocure.com.au/murrayphn/ for information on tenders being issued.

To make improvements to our website and for statistical purposes, we use Google Analytics to collect information about how people are interacting with our site. This information will not ordinarily be personal information and includes:

- date and time when pages were accessed
