At Murray PHN, our greatest asset is our people.
Our teams are made up of a diverse range of talented professionals with varying skills and experience. Many are experts in their field, with backgrounds as allied health professionals, as project and communications specialists, business and finance experts, contract managers and data analysts.
The majority of our staff live within the Murray PHN region and bring real-world experience and knowledge of country life, its challenges and opportunities to their work.
With a culture that fosters collaboration and creativity, staff regularly come together in our regional offices, which are located in Bendigo, Shepparton, Mildura and Albury.
But our work is only made possible by the health services that deliver primary healthcare to our communities across the region. Work is driven by a strong commitment to making a difference to the health of our communities, and the awareness that we have a responsibility to those communities, to our partners, our funders and ourselves.
Across the organisation, we have staff overseeing internal functions from finance, organisational development and ICT strategies to others who work closely with providers to deliver core business activities and determine how we can drive value to our communities.
This work is guided by executive directors, the Board and with input from medical advisors.
