Practice Development Program

Free support for general practices and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations

Murray PHN is once again pleased to offer the free Practice Development Program to support general practice staff in our region. The program provides local practices with the opportunity to receive one-on-one assistance in vital business areas, at no-cost until 30 June 2025.

Work with your Quality Improvement Consultant and Larter Consulting in a range of key areas, including:

  • new practice staff support
  • practice operations
  • MBS maximisation
  • multidisciplinary models of care
  • Workforce Incentive Program – Practice Stream
  • MyMedicare – support for general practice accreditation

Murray PHN’s practice development program aims to enhance the proficiency and quality of care provided in the region by working to identify areas of support and helping practices to achieve their organisational goals. Post-session support and guidance is provided to ensure continued learning and application of quality improvement activities in the key business areas.
