Cross-cultural interactive workshop in sexual and reproductive health | Shepparton
Hosted by CERSH
Explore how to provide culturally safe and inclusive sexual and reproductive health support for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Communities (CALD).
Following on from the success of the North-west Roadshow, the Centre for Excellence in Rural Sexual Health (CERSH) in partnership with Multicultural Health and Support Services (MHSS) will be delivering an interactive sexual and reproductive health workforce training designed for professionals supporting people from CALD backgrounds.
This training will build your knowledge and skills in sexual and reproductive health (SRH), helping you:
– Build confidence in discussing SRH topics with CALD communities
– Provide appropriate referrals for clients or students
– Support access to local SRH services
Target audience: Teachers, youth workers, health promotion officers or anyone who works with CALD communities and wants to learn more.
