GPs, GP registrars, allied health professionals, practice nurses and managers, nurse practitioners and Aboriginal Health Practitioners can attend this event, which will feature a panel discussion and patient case study to highlight the important role of working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patient care.

The following presenters will outline their management approaches for patients experiencing frailty, including sarcopenia:
