General Practice in Aged Care Incentive (GPACI) | Information session for general practices

This webinar will provide general practices with an overview of the General Practice in Aged Care Incentive (GPACI) guidelines, ahead of its launch on 1 August 2024

As part of the GPACI program, PHNs are required to develop a process to connect aged care residents with a practice and a GP in MyMedicare where this is required. This webinar will also provide an opportunity for practices to input into the development of a system to enable this connection.
