This interactive four-hour online session is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the confidence, tools, and techniques to navigate difficult conversations and address performance feedback in a constructive and effective way.

Participants will learn how to:

• Build confidence and skill in raising sensitive topics
• Use a practical framework to deliver feedback that supports improved performance
• Strengthen accountability, engagement and trust within their teams

By the end of the session, participants will walk away with practical strategies and greater confidence to approach difficult conversations and performance discussions as opportunities for growth, clarity and stronger working relationships.
