This breakfast event is being held both in-person and online. GPs who attend will learn practical strategies for improving conversations with patients and carers about death and dying.
The session is being run in conjunction with the Palliative Care in Aged Care Summit hosted by the Hume Region Palliative Care Consortium, and will be presented by Palliative Care Physician, Dr Jo Doran.
