Medicare Mental Health provides free, confidential mental health and wellbeing support to anyone in Australia. No appointment, referral, diagnosis, or Mental Health Treatment Plan is needed.

Support is available online, by phone, and face-to-face at our centres or Kids Hubs. These services offer immediate help for people who need it, including family and carers.
