General practice staff are invited to attend this meeting to network with peers, receive industry updates and discuss quality improvement learnings with our GP support team. The meeting will include a presentation from Wendy O’Meara on reception triage, managing difficult and aggressive patients and preparing reception staff for bulk billing incentives.
