Urological surgeon Mr David Wetherell will outline the initial assessment of men who present to general practice with Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS), treatment options and management in general practice. He will then give an update on Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) including medical and surgical management options.
Red flags that require early referral to a urologist will be discussed. Case studies will be used for context.
