Join this webinar to discover fresh strategies for improving Hepatitis B screening rates within your practice. Nearly 30 per cent of Australians living with chronic hepatitis B remain undiagnosed, and therefore at heightened risk of liver failure and cancer. This session will equip your team with practical approaches to enhance early detection and improve patient outcomes.

Learning outcomes:

  1. Describe why detecting hepatitis B early is key to addressing growing rates of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer in Victoria.
  2. Explain the best practice testing method for hepatitis B.
  3. Evaluate patient data using clinical tools to identify individuals at risk of hepatitis B who haven’t been screened.

Audience: Practice nurses, practice managers, general practitioners and practice staff.
