Suturing course | Shepparton

This course provides the theoretical and practical essentials to close and management noncomplex traumatic lacerations, biopsies and surgical incisions.

The course is ideally suited to nurses, medical students and doctors that have little or no suturing experience or wish to enhance their current practice of only using single interrupted suturing technique.

Course structure: Comprehensive online learning package including video demonstrations of each technique and a one-day practical skills training workshop.

Skills workshop techniques include single interrupted, horizontal and verticle mattress, subcuticular closure, deep sutures, skin flap closure and staples & tissue adhesives.
