The Emergency Exercise Toolkit has been designed by Murray PHN to support primary care providers in strengthening their emergency preparedness and response capabilities.
This practical, user-friendly resource guides providers through the process of planning, delivering and evaluating emergency exercises tailored to their local context. It includes structured scenarios, facilitation guidance and reflective activities to help teams identify risks, test response processes and enhance coordination during emergencies.
Developed in collaboration with key stakeholders, the toolkit aims to build confidence, capability and resilience across the primary healthcare sector. Whether used for tabletop exercises or team-based discussions, the resource supports continuous learning and improvement in emergency management.
