This webinar will equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to identify the health impacts of workplace bullying and harassment, apply evidence-based clinical management approaches, and engage in strategies to support client and patient recovery and engagement in safe and sustainable work.
Learning outcomes:
- Identify the physical, psychological and psychosocial impacts of workplace bullying and harassment, and apply a structured approach to assessing patients presenting with work-related distress
- Implement evidence-based management strategies for clients/patients experience bullying and harassment, including consideration of workplace factors influencing recovery
- Evaluate opportunities to support recovery and safe work participation by communicating effectively with clients/patients, employers and other stakeholders, while maintaining a focus on client/patient wellbeing.
