Presented by Black Dog Institute, this training has been designed to build on the current level of skills of psychologists and counsellors working with young people. It aims to further develop confidence in undertaking risk assessments and safety planning for youth in distress.

The workshop is suitable for mental health clinicians working with young people providing mental health support in a 1:1 setting. A baseline of knowledge and skills in providing mental health support is assumed. If you do not have this, this training will not be suitable for you.
