To improve access to aged care onsite pharmacists (ACOP) in residential aged care homes (RACH), Murray PHN is providing small grants to local pharmacies and pharmacists.
What’s on offer
- Readiness grants ($4000) to build capacity to enable readiness for delivery of ACOP services to RACH.
- Participation grants ($6000) to support the start or expansion of delivery of ACOP services to RACH.

- Closes: Monday 6 July 2026*
*As the number of available grants is limited, applications will be considered and awarded as received. Therefore, applicants are encouraged to apply early.
Eligibility
To be eligible, community pharmacies and independent registered pharmacists must be committed to providing Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist services under the Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist Measure and be located in one of the 22 local government areas within or bordering the Murray PHN region. Applicants looking to provide ACOP services in the following local government arears are strongly encouraged to apply: Greater Shepparton, Mildura, Moira, Murrindindi and Swan Hill.
