This free three-part webinar series will support residential aged care homes (RACHs) to strengthen after hours care, improve clinical decision-making and prepare for future models of care. Each webinar will include a dedicated live Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to ask questions directly to the guest speakers and aged care experts.
