Community of practice for mental health services in residential aged care | Bendigo and online

Mental health service providers working in residential aged care and those with an interest in supporting the mental health of older adults in care settings are invited to attend this online or in-person event to connect with others, share insights, strengthen referral pathways and reflect on current practices.

Hear from Sandra Thom-Jones, an autistic author, academic and consultant, on the experiences of autistic adults in later life and the need for more inclusive health, social and community systems.

Dr Luke Smith, a clinical neuropsychologist, will also explore the neuropsychological features of, and non-pharmacological approaches to, supporting people living with dementia.
