This free event for health professionals and carers will feature expert speakers sharing insights, best practices and emerging approaches to support children with life-limiting conditions and their families across Victoria. Hosted by GV Hospice in collaboration with Murray PHN, FamilyCare and Carer Gateway.

  • Ladybird Care Foundation’s National Peer Mentor Program for Bereaved Parents

  • Sharing lived experience and connections between organisations
  • Memory making session
