This workshop is for primary healthcare staff, particularly those who work in customer facing roles in reception and administration. Presented by Wendy O’Meara from Larter Consulting, the webinar will provide participants with opportunities to discuss effective communication strategies to reduce aggression and maintain a safe working environment for staff, patients and the community.
