With high numbers of winter viruses circulating, it’s particularly important that older people in the community remain up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccinations.
Victoria’s PHNs have developed a new “It’s Time” campaign to encourage those aged 65 years and older, to book a COVID-19 vaccine with their local GP or pharmacist using the national health services directory (healthdirect.gov.au).
When we take time to stay protected and healthy, we have the time to go and do the things we enjoy, like spending it with family and going on holiday.
The campaign is starting to roll out across the state and is available free for healthcare providers and residential aged care homes to use, with posters, newsletter and social media images and videos, available to download.
